Designed specifically for startups and new businesses, our incubator program provides a supportive environment and resources to help your company thrive. This is an excellent option for businesses less than one year old seeking affordable workspace and valuable business support. Please note that some business activities may not be eligible for the incubator program.
- Exclusive to new companies: Must be registered as New CR and less than one year old.
- Business activity: Certain activities may not be eligible for the Incubator program.
- Limited incubation period: A maximum of two years.
- Shared workspace: An open-plan shared workspace environment.
- All-inclusive rent: Rent includes service charge, electricity, and water.
- Comprehensive business support: We refer workshop and business coaching.
- VAT applicable: A 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable and added to the rent.
